Tetherball is a classic playground game that offers a fantastic blend of fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Easy to learn yet challenging to master, it's a game that appeals to people of all ages. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a lighthearted activity, tetherball is a great option to get you moving and having a blast.

How to Play: The Basics
Tetherball is played with two players. Here's a breakdown of the essential elements:
Starting the Game: Players stand on opposite sides of the pole. A coin flip or similar method determines who serves first. The server hits the ball in their chosen direction.
Gameplay: Players alternate hitting the ball, each trying to wrap it around the pole in their direction. You must hit the ball with an open hand.
Fouls: Common fouls include hitting the ball with a closed fist, catching or holding the ball, stepping out of bounds, or reaching across the center line.
Winning: The player who successfully wraps the ball completely around the pole in their direction wins the game!
